Dr. Diana Trister, DO

They grew too fast for their own good, they can’t handle the work load but they can sure handle the insurance. I won’t get into why I think they are rated exactly the 2.8 stars they have but the above mentioned is one of them. Another is sub par communication. The only reason they still have patients is because of Tammy Gardell! She is a class act and should be a doctor because she sure knows how to diagnose, as for The Tristers well let’s just say they are both the type who judge a person and make you feel really uncomfortable I could go on and on but I’m thinking this is fair.

As I read comments written by others here it made me feel better that I am not the only person who had a terrible visit. Her staff is also just as bad .I was starting to take it personal, but she is just a Doctor who should be dealing with test tubes rather than patients. I would NOT recommend this Doc. She is rude .

I had an appointment scheduled on a Monday at 1pm. I arrived early and tried to get into the office through both upstairs and downstairs doors but both were locked. I called NUMEROUS times and left voicemails on a couple of machines. No one ever returned my call. Goodle says the office was open and the door downstairs as thesame business hours. It was the most bizarre and unprofessional thing that's ever happened to me.

Though a very busy office, she seemed to diagnose me in the first visit..but i need proof. She is injection happy, which i do not care for! why inject to see 'if it works" . I am talking long needles, not little tiny things!! And no guided imagery, as a pain specialist would have. Otherwise very nice doc!

I usually don't review doctors, but I feel people should be warned. As the reviewer above stated, she does yell at her patients. At the initial intake I forgot to tell her about a pre-existing injury I had, and when it started to become a problem again and I mentioned it she went off on me. I get that it can be frustrating when your patients forget to tell you stuff, but this is not appropriate on any level. I burst into tears in the appointment and she still kept yelling. I always spent an hour in the waiting room at least and when you get into the appointment she's just basically rushing to get you out the door again. I'd run the other way if I were you, especially if your an anxious person or if your afraid of mean doctors.

This is the worst doctor I could possibly imagine. Disorganized office. Takes weeks to get test results back. Doesn't ever return phone calls even when they say they will. Puts you on hold and then never comes back to the phone. Do not go to this doctor if you value your health. She is terrible and a carnival staff is more reliable than this office. Absolutely awful!

I went to her and she never did an evaluation. She sat behind her computer and just ordered a bunch of labs for me to do. I felt like I was just a copay

Was scheduled for the alternate location at Winthrop St, and was very unimpressed by the office. Everyone was perfectly friendly, but the office smelled and appeared somewhat dirty. I happened to mention a medical concern during my physical, and was unfortunately billed for a routine physical AND an office visit. After calling my insurance company, I understand this is legal, although many offices choose not to follow this practice of billing twice for the same period of time. Was very disappointed in this experience and will be looking for a new doctor's office.
