My mother was recommended to have a hysterectomy. During a botched surgery and perforated bowel that was missed, she was in ICU for over 2 months. After a third surgery, another surgeon diagnosed and addressed the septicemia that begun. Thankfully to him, after another month in rehabilitation my mother was able to go home. If the other doctor hadn’t step in my mother was days from dying.

Make sure you only need Dr Adams on a Tuesday when she has office hours in Huntingdon. Any other time the Huntingdon Office will not be able to contact her. If you have a reaction to prescribed meds, rough. Wait till next Tuesday. If you have a complication from surgery, tough, next Tuesday. No communication between her and the office on any day but Tuesday.

Dr Adams listened to my concerns and desires when I was pregnant. She answered my questions thoroughly. She is a very kind woman and treats everyone with respect. I highly recommend her!

As a new patient the paper work was sent to my home prior to the appointment. Even with everything completed the wait was longer than I expected. The stass very professional and the facility was clean. The doctor herself was very professional and took her time with me. She was thorough and presented various options for me in the future.

This doctor really took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure that I understood all of my options. She was not in a rush to take me to surgery herself and made sure I saw a cancer specialist in Pittsburgh for a second opinion. She called me back frequently herself with test results and to check on my recovery. It is obvious she really cares about her patients.
