My Doctor is the very BEST!

I am so pleased with the care I receive from Dr Deschino. The office I see her in in Suffern is well run as well. I recommend her without hesitation.

I do not even consider this person a doctor. After seeing my daughter for a few minutes she refused to give my daughter a physical even though the appointment was made one month in advance, and her insurance was accepted. She did not give an adequate reason as to why she refused to give her a physical. My daughter was very upset and could not understand why a "doctor" would refuse to see a patient. My daughter was not rude,but lovely and loving as she always is. My thought about this, as I was in the room, is that this "doctor " saw that my daughter's insurance was United Health Care Community Plan and she wanted more money than this plan paid. She was very arrogant even though her credentials are minimal. If I were you, I would run away from this "doctor"as fast as I could . My daughter was very upset and cried. My assumption is that perhaps she saw that my daughter's insurance is the United Health Care… Community plan from which she would collect less money.

I have been going to various doctors over the course of many years in the search for a primary care physician. I have finally found a doctor who listens intently, spends time with the patient, answers questions and is a pleasure to deal with. She is not at all arrogant or condescending which seems to be the norm for many other doctors. The staff is pleasant and i didn't wait more than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend her. (there was no follow up but as this last visit was an annual physical i didn't expect any follow up call)

awful, rude Doc and staff, doesn't care about patients, is in it for the money only.

I read the review calling her snippy - I've seen her for about 3 years and never thought that. She's always pleasant to me and I've found her to be thorough and thoughtful. I also like her office. I've never had any issue with getting through to her.

Go to this doctor only if you want to be subjected to a snippy attitude and no return phone calls. Calls were not returned on an important matter even after calling for 5 days. When I got the office manager involved, I never received an explanation for the rude behavior. Go elsewhere!!!
