Dr. Diane Rebecca Hesselbrock, MD

I have had seizures since I was 7 im now 32 and over a year seizure free thanks to Dr. Hesselbrock. She cares about her patients so well. She is the first neurologist that has listened to how I feel and has gotten my seizures under control. Im very happy my kids no longer worry like crazy anymore either. Thank You!!

Dr. Diane Hesselbrock was dismissive and has no empathy for the patient. She doesn’t care about a patient’s or their family’s needs and issues. She takes 2 weeks to respond to test results and questions through the patient portal. Even if you must wait long for an appointment, look elsewhere for a neurologist. Don’t waste your time with her.

I cant imagine a worse doctor. She is amazingly rude. Also neglectful of patients. Dont waste your time with this one.

I stopped seeing Dr. Hesselbrock because I was frustrated by the slow pace of the treatment. On my last visit she mentioned a possible diagnosis that ultimately turned out to be correct. I ended up wasting a lot of time and endured extra pain because of my lack of patients. With hind sight, she was just being thorough.

Dr. Diane Hesselbrock is the absolute worst excuse for a neurologist, much less a doctor, in the entire city of Colorado Springs (possibly in the state of Colorado!!). Her bedside manner is quite derogatory to the point of insulting. We asked to get the prescriptions for my wife adjusted due to ongoing seizures. A nurse called 4 days after the initial request and advised that the request had been submitted to the doctor for review. Another 5 days has past and we are still waiting!! This is the worst excuse for a doctor/staff I have ever met!! If it was an emergency, I can only hope my wife would survive the results ! We are not impressed this this sorry excuse for a "doctor".

Dr Haselbrock has to be one of the most worthless Doctors I have ever met. If you suffer from migraines go elsewhere. You could get better support at the city pound. How she graduated high school let alone med school is beyond me. Dumber than a box of rocks.

I showed 6 minutes before the appointment instead of their recommended 15 minutes ahead and was told to reschedule. Another 2 months wait???? There was no one patient in the waiting office and I Showed up 6 minutes ahead my schedule, I live N of town and the office is S of town (20 m. drive), seriously... You come to your appointment 6 minutes ahead and they tell you to go home and to reschedule your appointment?! But it is ok when I had to wait 25 minutes before, to see the doctor. SO I AM AN INCONVENIENCE FOR AN AVERAGE DR. AND NOT A PATIENT. No thanks!
