Dr. Diane Elizabeth Hlavacek

Dr. Hlavacek is pro-life and will not give complete medical information in order to ensure that you do not have an abortion. Unfortunately, this practice is legal, albeit unethical.

I have been a patient for many years. When I got pregnant with my third, this doctor seemed to feel something was off. She sent me to numerous specialists. Finally, a serious issue arose. I am so glad she trusted her instincts. I would have lost my daughter and possibly my own life. She put me on bed rest for 2 1/2 months. She was amazing through it. This included spending her lunch hour with me in the hospital. After giving birth after midnight, she stayed to play with the baby. When greeted by her in the office she has an amazing way of putting you at ease. A hug and acting like her good friend from high school. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I had an appointment with Dr. Hlavecek for some testing. I was told by the office that Dr. Hlavacek would discuss the results after the test, on the same day, immediately following the test. So I arrived for the testing only to find out there was no appointment with the doctor and I had to make yet another appointment for a different day. When I inquired when I could discuss the results with her, I was given a time frame in which to call the office. I had to call the office multiple times over the course of several days and was put off each time. A few days later I received a letter from the doctor, dismissing me as a patient because I was too demanding.

I followed Dr. Hlavacek from her other practice to Arizona Women's care and it is the best decision I have made...I am a GYN patient on Medicare (which the office does not take) and decided to become a private patient of hers at my own expense....I would do it all over again..she never rushes you, extremely profession, and in general just a NICE PERSON that takes excelent care and time with her patients.....
