Dr. Dina Rachel Edrich, MD

Dr. Edrich is so knowledgeable and explores every aspect of your medical issues. She listens intently and makes suggestions to refer you to the proper specialist if needed, not missing a thing. She takes time with you and answers your questions and addresses your concerns. She leaves no stone unturned. I am impressed with her organization, intelligence, efficiency, kindness and professionalism. This doc is a keeper!

Terrible costumer service. Front desk has been rude every time I have spoke with them. First visit the were very unfriendly which made it uncomfortable to be there. Second time I tried to make an appointment they told me I had the wrong number and that they had never seen me before. My husband is in the military and they were the doctor we were told to use. I was definitely in there office before. Apparently they do not take our insurance anymore which is actually a blessing because I wouldn’t want to return to such a horrible environment.

Dr. Edrich is very kind and shows compassion for her patients. She listens to her patients and try to understand what exactly the issues they are facing then she gives great, professional, quality service in return.

Zero empathy and compassion. Unable to diagnose complex illness or follow up with patient. Annoyed by patient reaching out several times once not feeling better. Life altering changes since Dr. was not able to diagnose or follow up with me.
