Choose a different physician and practice. I’ve been to many different doctors due to moving and I’ve never been more insulted in my life, accused of being a “drug seeker” when I actually just needed help and support (the whole reason I am there, if it were up to me I wouldn’t take anything at all), threatened with hospitalization while at my appointment all because I had a panic attack in the waiting room, and not to mention the staff trying to scam me into paying something that my insurance DID cover. After playing telephone tag 20 times I finally got it handled and they conceded. Dr. Sajan made me lose faith in mental health physicians for awhile until I found a new one that treated me with RESPECT and understanding. Very unprofessional. A careless PA at her practice that saw me when she was unavailable also took it upon himself to frivolously diagnose me with something after a few questions on a sheet on paper and prescribed me a heavy medication for that “disorder” (that I didn’t… have) and it landed me in the ER. I trusted these people in my moments of weakness and I was abused. I do not use that term lightly. My mother was also accused of teaming up with me to get “what I wanted”…? I wanted help from a professional. Not to be treated like a criminal (who by the way drug tested me every time I saw her, unbelievable, I was only taking an SSRI that wasn’t working for me). I felt like I was in a jail at each visit.

Dr Sajan, she does not care ive been out of meds 4 days after our appointment. She was supposed to send rx on Monday, today is Thursday. i called 3 times today. at 4:30p, was told, "im sorry she doesn't have time to sign all the scripts" i should get them on 5th day, Friday i have Bipolar type 1 and ptsd, im a long time patient. tons of med students and interns in there. i paid 110$ for 10 minutes.

I am so blessed to have found Dr. Sajan. After dealing with depression for many years, Dr. Sajan has found a way for me to finally receive the help that I have been longing for. Depression use to affect my daily routine and after Covid happened everything in my life took a serious turn for the worst. I was referred to this doctor by a friend. When visiting the office, the first thing I realized was the cleanliness of their new facility which gave me reassurance. All employees where in masks and social distancing was being maintained. My wait time was short, and I was taken back immediately. The front staff was welcoming, and all Medical assistants greeted me with a smile when I was taken back. The doctor did a excellent job allowing me to explain my concerns and provided me with excellent resources. I highly recommend anyone dealing with anything to visit.

My husband had been going to this practice for > 2 years only physically seeing the "Dr." the initial visit otherwise you must see a P.A. no option or availability after that to see the "dr" even with asking specifically to see her. Incompetent supportive medical office staff as multiple numerous calls from my husband and I to get medications in a timely manner as well as calls from our pharmacist himself. The only professional part of the office was the gentleman at the front desk as he was always courteous and friendly. Unfortunately my husband was there to be seen for help and his medications, not to make acquantances. I would warn people to steer clear of this practice as they have no interest in helping people, only collecting copays for multiple useless appointments.

Please do not go to this psychiatrist she does not care for her patients at all the Physicians assistants verbally attack the patients If you have an appointment here please cancel it immediately

Would not recommend dr. Saran to anybody!!! She is awful!! I had to wait for over an hour to see her and all she did would push me to some pills!! I will never come back here

I've been going to Sajan a year and only saw her personally twice. During my appointment in May I'd drank three cans of soda. It makes people hyper. I informed her that I drank them and ignore it. She decided I was too manic and upped my meds. I refused them but she called them in to the pharmacy anyway. My opinion and rights were ignored. I also needed to get my guard card forms signed with a note I was stable to work. I dropped off the paperwork three weeks before my appointment. Sajan didn't even open the envelope and read it. She claimed she wasn't licensed to do it which wasn't true. The papers said any psychiatrist or psychologist could sign and clear me to get my card. I was stable a year and she acted like I was burdening her. So she referred me to a psychologist to do it. I was denied employment for a year placing in financial burden. I'm leaving when I go to my next appointment to get my meds. Don't go to her. She doesn't care and ignores how you feel and does what she wants… even when you tell her NO. Any patient has the right to refuse meds and levels.

took 1.5 hrs to complete initial paperwork and have interview with an intern. Ushered into our 'provider' (that's what they called him) who was a PA (love PAs, no problem with that) after 3 minute conversation prescribed my husband to try Prozac - in other words, "I checked my list and this is the one I choose for you" - and come back in 10 days. We were floored and tried to actually talk to him. Sent out the door 10 minutes later. to top it off, after our hour drive back home to pick up RX, it had not been called in yet. If they are selling prescriptions, at least seems like they should make sure to deliver the product! LOL VERY DISAPPOINTED
