Dr. Dino Terzic, MD

Listen to my complaints/concerns went over the MRI with me very informative of my options of what I need done. I feel Dr. Terzic Went above and beyond for patient care for me.

The doctor was very helpful in setting me up with all the necessary labs and tests

Very poor experiences with this doctor and the surgical department. Wish I would have trusted my gut and went elsewhere.

Suffered serious injury after trusting Dr Terzic with routine a surgery. Can’t write anything that would be helpful for a healthcare consumer because Essentia just gets his reviews taken down because he is a Neurosurgeon (money, power, prestige). There really isn’t any way a patient can know if the surgeon they are entrusting their care to is competent, truthful, and trustworthy. These review sites are now worthless as they get pressured to remove any reviews that aren’t praising the doctors.

Consult was a waste of time. Unhelpful and disappointing. Go elsewhere.

Frustrating to be a patient of this surgeon. Do yourself a favor and find one where the process is not as stressful. When you’re the patient you don’t need to be dealing with extra frustrations, you should be focusing on surgery and recovery.

Suffered terrible harm after a routine 1 level ACDF. All surgeons make mistakes even if they are competent or have average skills. In my opinion, it is how a doctor deals with the aftermath that defines them, those elusive "soft factors" or characteristics we all want from our doctors. Are they honest and forthcoming or evasive and deceitful? Do they follow through with commitments for your continuing care? When it all goes well those don't matter nearly as much but I want everyone to know that statistically the routine cases have higher complication rates. When choosing your neurosurgeon I would ask what the hospital policy is following an adverse event and how the surgeon has dealt with that situation in the past. A hospital or surgeon that doesn't have a vetted protocol for this isn't worth the risk of trusting them with your health and body.

Been a patient for a few years now. My feeling is that he just really doesn’t care about me as a patient. My guess is because I have Medicare Advantage and it doesn’t pay him well enough to care- Socioeconomics.

DrTerzic is an Excellent doctor. Very compassionate as well during a very upsetting time. I would recommend to anyone who needs his expertise in neurological surgery. Thank you Debbie Connett

Dr. Terzic was a God send to my life. I have had two successful surgeries with Dr Terzic. There was a lot of scar tissue from an old surgery. It took an extra two hours to cleanup that area . He did without thought, went ahead and did what was nessessary to relieve the pressure that had left me hobbled from having any kind of a normal life. I thank God for putting Dr. Terzic in my life. All the horror stories and fears you have and hear about spinal surgery,I had none. After meeting Dr.Terzic once , I knew that he was who I trusted to restore me back to good health! And that he did.
