Dr. Somnath Narayan Nair, MD

Saw Dr Nair today for the first time! He was great with my husband who is suffering with acute hip and pain. Injections and water therapy don’t work. Now my daughter and I need to talk my husband into surgery. Minimally invasive as Dr Nair explained Great bedside manner.

Dr. Nair is an inethical self serving incompetent doctor. He is arrogant and puts his own desires ahead of his patients. He was on vacation a week ago was in the office for one week He will be gone again for three weeks. Despite the fact that I am the legal guardian of his patient he refused to speak with me on the phone and he refused to meet with his patient on whom he performed brain surgery.. He performed surgery over six weeks ago and has refused to see the patient. He also lies and gives out false information as does his receptionist. He told me that a CT scan was available for pick up at a location where it was not even performed. When I contacted the lab where it was done in a different city they said they never got a request from his office to send it to the Mora local office. I arranged to have it sent. In the meantime he refused to see the patient essentially abandoning him and committing a crime. He should lose his license and in my opinion go to jail. I don't care… what any other reading says you should absolutely not use this morally bankrupt unethical lousy human being. I cannot stress that enough choose any other doctor and him and you'll be better off I promise.

Refused to see my 91 year old mother (sent her away) in first followup after surgery because she did not bring a CD of the MRI (He had the report) was not willing to see her and review the CD later.

He was snappy and rude just because I asked a couple questions about my situation.

The worst DR.I ever met I pray to God! one of these days he can feel the pain I'm feeling.

He did tell me I did not need surgery but cash only as a copayment ?

Had a most peculiar experience in his office. He said he could not read the MRI disk. Checking with MRI facility, there was nothing wrong with the disk. We called his office three times and they never called us back. Strange.

Dr Nair my is Excellent He saved my LIFE

RUN is an underestimate of this horrible man. He is not fit to be a MD. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! He is rude and will commit fraud on his reports. His neuro exams are completely performed inaccurately and states your reports from other MDs are wrong. He discriminates against your race, gender, and age.
