My first visit was Telehealth and she was having a hard day, their internet was down and she was having to work from her car. I wasnt sure at first it was a quick impersonal visit. My second visit was in person and she was so kind, very personable, took time to explain everything, answered all our questions. I felt so comfortable with her and confident with her experience and knowledge. Everyone including doctors have bad days and faulty equipment and she made the best out the situation that day. In person she was amazing.

Terrible visit. No bedside manner and no empathy for patient issues. This doctor openly tells the patient to "go somewhere else if you don't like her" without any just cause for the statement. During the Tele visit initial consult (which was the only choice for a consult) the doctor continuously yawned and appeared bored when I had questions regarding treatment options. I work in healthcare and continue to struggle weeks after my appointment that MUSC allows this type of behavior in their network! So disappointed! I will not recommend this provider to anyone or allow my dog to see her as a last resort. Yes, it was that profoundly BAD!
