Dr. Donald Rahim Adeli, MD

Today i went to see Dr. Adeli for my first prenatal check up and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Adeli and his nurse where very informative and kind. It is is rare in my experiences to have a nurse and a Dr. engage not only in your health but also in small talk. I was nervous to see anyone else besides my primary obg as she had done my paps, surgery and check ups prior but with todays appointment ive learned there office has great staff and Drs who really care about their patients and line of work. Although a large cyst was found Dr. Adeli directed me to the right coarse of action and assured my husband and i that our new bundle of joy would be ok. Overall a 5+ star experience!

My experience with Dr. Adeli himself was generally an average experience in his office. However getting a simple email response from him is apparently like pulling teeth, if pulling teeth takes about two weeks to accomplish... As for his staff, Every time I call, I get the impression I'm the first patient his nurse Toni has ever dealt with. After being told infertility Group A is covered by my insurance Group A tells me they are not. So I call infertility Group B myself, who inform me they are covered by my insurance. A call back to Toni and she informs me Group B is not covered and that I should call Group A... After telling Toni which infertility group is covered by my insurance (basically doing her job). I had to walk her though how to send a fax and what information should be sent. So there is that.

Dr. Adeli is very knowledgeable and I have always felt comfortable seeing him. Although there are several doctors in his group, I like to get his opinion on most matters. He tends to err on the side of caution without alarming you as a patient.
