Dr. Black charged my health insurer $700.00 for a 7 minute visit. A fraudulent charge. Fraudulent diagnosis and cheating patients health. Awful experience from a crooked Dr.

Donald Black, arrogant, pompous, stole $700.00 from my health insurance for a 10 minute exam. Mockingly said I was allergic to Russian Elm trees.

Dr. Black is so amazing. He is so kind and takes his time with you. He listens and is SO knowledgeable about his patients. He is head and shoulders better than anyone else.

Dr. Black is kind and concerned. He actually sits down and talks with you about your condition and concerns. I wish all my doctors were like him.
