Dr. Donald John Blaskiewicz, MD

Dr Blaskiewicz is a rock star. My husband saw Dr Jorgensen of the Spine Institute and Dr Jorgensen negligently damaged by husbands peritoneal nerve during a fusion. Subsequent neurosurgeon indicated it was negligent. After insertion of a spine cord stimulator Dr Hajjar performed a second fusion, necessitated after a work injury. My husband declined rapidly. We finally found Dr Blaskeweitz who performed a miraculous and complicated surgery which gave my husband back full function and pain relief. No other Dr in this area could have or would have touched this case. Unfortunately my husband passed subsequently. Dr Blaskiewicz still gave us hope and healing. We need this man in our area. Use him if you are lucky enough to get in.

Dr. Blaskiewicz has done three major surgeries for me with great results. I would highly recommend him if you need the best!!! Carolyn Collins

He is the worse Dr I have ever had to deal with. He did surgery on me. Then left the state of California for a year. No follow up by him. I was told he was leaving 2 days before surgery. He said he didn’t want to work this hard any more and he could retire earlier in Idaho. What an awful person. He ruined my life. Don’t let him ruin yours.

This is the worst Dr ever!! Had back surgery and came out w my legs numb , he never came to see me in the month i was at SHARP . Then he dismissed me as a patient .

I was suffering from a very serious neck injury and I am now enjoying life again thanks to this doctor. Feel lucky if you get a referral to Dr. Blaskiewicz. He is truly amazing and what he does.

Dr. Blaskiewicz took care of my back 3 years ago and I am ever so grateful for the time, concern and expertise!!!

I had a subdural hematoma which turned into a hygroma. My headaches were so bad it felt like my head was going to explode. I went in for a Cat Scan and was sent directly to ER and then surgery within a day. As scary and overwhelming as the surgery seemed, Dr. Blaskiewicz put me at ease and the fear was replaced with hope of getting better. Surgery went well and I feel more alert, coordinated and just overall better in general. I forgot how good it was to feel how I did before my injury and am on the quick road to recovery thanks to this great Neurosurgeon. Thank you! Staff is also great and everyone at the Frost Location is amazing!

I was so happy that Dr Blaskowitz was in the hospital the day I was admitted. He was so patient and caring and an amazing surgeon. I was up immediately after c-spine surgery and had a positive recovery experience. I trust hi expertise and am so grateful that he took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect

Haven't had bedside manner yet. Jenni his assistant is always available, knows who I am when I call, knows what's going on with my surgical procedure, and always has the answers that I need to my questions.
