Receptionist service is unsatisfactory. I made an appointment and came in for a visit and was told I need another referral. They should have told be prior to making an appointment would have saved me time making a trip to the doctors. Another time, waited for the doctor that never showed up and receptionist never told me that the doctor would be there or delayed? Sat waiting! Had other problems with my prescriptions being filled up, because the receptionist did not get the fax and approval from doctor. The doctor is cold as ice and no expression of any kind, I would not waste your time with these people until they manage their office better and the doctor gets a life!

I have been a patient of Dr. Burt for twenty years, and have referred him. He is very friendly and concerned about my health. He and his office respond immediately if I have a problem. His care is excellent.

He gave me a surgery that I did not need . I had chronic headaches and pain in the head. He gave me surgery to remove pollups and s deviated septum. Painful and no fun at all, and did not fix my problem. Year later I had another surgery at Stanford from a real specialist. He fixed my sinus problem by relieving pressure in my sinuses. Dr Bert mid diagnosed me and gave me a surgery that was useless. I feel that he scammed me 100%. Total rip off and waste of time. Go to a real doctor . Trust me .
