Dr. Donald Lewis began practicing dentistry on Merrimack Street, Haverhill in 1961. He incorporated Haverhill Dental Associates, Inc. in 1974. He grew up in Bradford, MA and graduated from Haverhill High School, Norwich University and University of Maryland Dental School. He was a Naval Dental officer serving with the First and Third Marine Divisions and served at the Naval Hospital in Newport, Rhode Island. Dr. Lewis was on the surgical staff of the Hale Hospital from 1961 to 2000. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Haverhill Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. He is also a member and past president of the Haverhill Rotary Club as well as a past city councilor.
When he is not working, Dr. Lewis enjoys golfing, skiing and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee.
