Dr. Donald Lee Maples JR., DO

0 starts. I am profoundly dissatisfied with this individual. I hesitate to even label him as a doctor given the abysmal experience I endured. In what I can only describe as a cursory and negligent evaluation, he spent a mere two minutes and, in my firm opinion, misdiagnosed me, demonstrating a glaring inability to acknowledge the deterioration of my condition. Furthermore, a review of his documentation has unveiled significant inaccuracies. To add to this, it was the nurses' proactive initiatives and interventions that provided me with any semblance of care. This level of incompetence is utterly unacceptable, and I am determined to file a formal complaint to address this deplorable situation.

Hard to call this person a doctor. Received the worst care possible from this provider at the ER. He literally spent more time goofing off with the nurses then talking to patients. I intend on filing a complaint with the state and hospital and urge anyone who finds themself or a loved one under his care, RUN.

After a bad fall on concrete stairs on ice. Went to the ER to be checked out. When the Dr finally came in, didn't ask ANY questions, asked me to point where it hurt. Said he did not like muscle relaxer I was currently prescribed so he changed it. He was in my room under 1 minute. Terrible bed side manor. I will refuse service before I ever see him again.

My husband was taken to hospital by ambulance in serious condition, I was waiting on physician to come in when he strolls in tells me my husband is dying and do i want hiim do dye at home or hospital. All this from chest xray. I called all family telling them they might have enough time to get here. Well he didn't know what talling about and i almost let him dye because I was just goong to keep comfortable, thankfully hospital doctor was very very good and what he told me not true at all, got machine on husband and within hour he was talking to us . Won't let him toich any of my family again.

ended up in the hospital after seeing him had an infected broken ankle he sent me home with antibiotics which wasn't enough spent several days in the hospital after that. He also laughed at me and said my ankle wasn't broken because he couldn't see the fractures . Got a second and third opinion and they all said I had 4 fractures. Terrible bedside manner

I would recommend Dr. Maples to any of my family or friends, he is honest, caring and very accurate at diognostics. Does not over medicate you to keep you happy, if he thinks you need it you get what he feels is needed. I hope he does not retire anytime soon.

An outstanding physician and the staff is wonderful. They really care.

I searched for about a year before finding this man. And he's the best I've ever had. When I was admitted to the hospital he made a special trip there just for me and cared for me himself even though he also had a family practice office to see too. He also is very thorough and always has a smile, and is himself, unlike most of these suit wearing doctors they come up with now and days.
