I graduated Missouri Baptist University in 2008 with a Master’s Degree of Art in Counseling. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that has a desire to help people reach their fullest potential in any way that I can. I have worked with people of all ages. I have worked at a children’s home helping encourage young teens, I have worked with a variety of grade school students throughout the Saint Louis Region, and also worked at a drug treatment facility to help addicts on their road to recovery. With almost a decade of …experience working with a variety of different ages and a variety of different challenges, I can attest to the fact that people need someone who cares in their corner.

I work with all types of ages ranging from middle school age to those who have been out of school for a long time. CBT is the approach mentioned earlier to help people process what they have been through from a different perspective. Life is hard, challenging, lonely, and sometimes downright difficult…but when you have someone who truly cares and truly listens, the pain can be divided; it can make this hard life seem somewhat more bearable.
