A bad doctor and a bad person. Dr. Miller failed to submit my referral despite my repeatedly asking about it. Even after I confirmed with the specialist's office that they had not received a referral from him, he continued to insist that he had sent it and I would be contacted when my test results came in, not bothering to double-check whether he had sent it. After calling the specialist's office a second time and confirming again that no referral had been sent, he finally submitted the referral, but not without claiming that the supposed initial referral had been "cancelled" because I took too long to get the testing done (3 business days). I called the specialist's office for the third time and confirmed once again that he never submitted the supposed initial referral, nor did they cancel any referrals. After asking for a written explanation so I would have it for my records, he attemped to control the narrative and avoid leaving a paper trail. He harassed me by calling me,… unsolicted, three times on my personal phone number, created fraudelent post-visit appointment summaries for appointments that never took place, and suggested an in-person appointment where he would enter the issue in my record. Finally, he simply ignored my messages, and I never received a written explanation for his negligent and cowardly behavior. Because I was experiencing intense pain and bedbound with disability due to a flareup of my autoimmune disorder, a fact I repeatedly reiterated, Dr. Miller cost me serious and unnecessary pain and suffering. Avoid at all costs.
