Dr. Donald B Rhodes

His skill in surgery saved my life.

Did not read my elderly father's medication list or accurately dose a dangerous antibiotic for a routine bladder infection. This medication caused fatal poisoning.

The worst Dr. I have ever encountered.Rude, demeaning, wrong diagnosis repeatedly. Yelled at me when I showed him test results that proved he was wrong. I wouldn't believe how bad he is unless I experienced him first hand.

Dr. Rhodes has spent so much time looking at anuses and rectums all day that he's become one.

He reminds me of the doctor from the Little Shop of Horrors, STAY AWAY. Very sadistic, definitely stay away from him.He's rough, rude, and spent half the time yelling at me and blatantly ignoring my questions and the other half putting me through pain.

Rude, unprofessional, my surgery was a disaster, he should not be practicing medicine much less surgery! I had my surgery 3 years ago and am still suffering from the complications!

Dr. Rhodes has been my urologist for about 5 years. He is a very competent physician, and has a warm human bedside manner.

Donald Rhodes was scheduled to perform a circumcision on my son. Upon entering, there was a pungent odor of Chinese food and the nurses were all eating while my wife and I sat in the waiting room for quite a while. Finally a nurse took us into a room where we waited for another 20 minutes, expecting to speak with Doctor Rhodes. The same nurse came back in and took our child saying that they would begin the procedure. We had no idea what they were going to do, how it was going to be done, or who was going to do it! As my wife and I were shuffled to the waiting room without ever meeting the doctor, we were confused and concerned. I confronted a nurse as I was looking for my son and finally met Doctor Rhodes.He appeared rushed and inconvenienced, and had absolutely zero compassion for our concerns. He arrogantly stated that he does not usually speak to the parents and that any concern should have been answered by our pediatrician. He also stated that he did not want me in the room during… the procedure, which was fine, but why didnt he tell us that before they just took our son? He was extremely rude and pompous, and when we expressed disappointment, he did nothing to rectify it. He actually seemed delighted when we said we were going to leave.Doctor Donald Rhodes is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anybody. It is obvious that he has no compassion and does not value courtesy, professionalism, or good bedside manner when dealing with patients. If you are looking for a professional with people skills, a good attitude, and sensitivity to apprehension; Doctor Donald Rhodes is not that person.
