Dr. Donna Jones Roberts

She is the best doctor I have ever visited. I will be her patient forever. She is brilliant, accurate in her diagnoses, kind, and patient! I never feel rushed and always feel confident of the care I receive. I give her my very highest recommendation, and I don't generally write recommendations!

Huge disappointment. Finding a new doctor asap. It was like she was a robot. I don't think she listened to a word a said. I also never heard back from her after contacting her THREE times for my results. Her reviews were very misleading to me.

After seeking multiple MDs in the Atlanta MEtro area, I was finally correctly diagnosed. Wish I had seen her first, My loss.

I LOVE DR. ROBERTS AND HER STAFF. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HER PRACTICE!! I've been looking for a good doctor for some time and I must say I am GLAD TO HAVE FOUND DR. ROBERTS. I had been sick for 3 months and everyone kep telling me it was allergies. Dr. Roberts, knew exactly what it was. I had Chronic sinusitis. I feel so much better. She is a great listener.!

Dr Roberts always takes time with me to answer my questions and always makes an accurate diagnoses. I went to 4 other Drs before I found out my diagnosis from her at my first visit. Highly recommend!

When I first met Dr. Roberts about 2 years ago, I had a good impression. Unfortunately, after the first visit, my oppinion has only went downhill. I like the doctor herself, she seems to be a caring person. But the other staff ruin it for me. In the course of 2 yrs I have oonly needed to call in or make an appoinmment on a handful of occasions but her staff are completely unhelpful. It is impossible to reach the doctor directly(by phone or email). I am unclear as to whether this is her decsion, or that of the staff. However, because reaching the doctor herself is impossible, the only option is to deal with the staff. I had to call the office 10+ times because they told me they had placed a refill on meds, which my pharmacy had no record of. I drove to the pharmacy on two seperate occasions, only to find that it never had actually been called in. When describing my situation with her assistant, I found her to be rude and unapologetic. I like Dr Roberts herself, I am hoping that perhaps… the restof the office improves

In the time that Dr. Roberts was my physician, I had no issue with her bedside manner, so to speak. The issues I have with her include:-prescribing me a drug I did not need for an infection that had gone away (I didn't collect and pay for it either.)-misdiagnosing an ear infection that had gone away a month prior by calling me, telling me that I needed a CAT scan, and freaking me out for no reason whatsoever-calling me herself and scheduling an appointment, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I didn't have an appointment and would have to be "squeezed in." I have to take off from work to see a doctor, and I do not appreciate my time being wasted in such a manner.-getting her assistant to call and inform me of an important diagnosis. I have nothing against her assistant; she is a wonderfully cheerful woman, but this comes across as very unprofessional to me. If I had any questions, I'm not sure the assistant would have been able to answer them in the slightest.-always… having to wait 15 minutes or more for my appointment. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't schedule my appointments as early in the morning as possible, sometimes being the first appointment of the day, so I am not sure why I have to wait so long.-I had to wait almost a month to get a lab result that was supposed to take a week to return. I seriously thought I had been forgotten.All in all, a nice lady, but I really would prefer someone in which I had more confidence.

I saw Dr. Roberts yesterday for my annual physical. She has been my primary care physician for years. As always she gave me a generous amount of time, took my concerns seriously, and addressed every one. Most of all, she always spent time on preventative care -- healthy living, diet, exercise, emotional health. I am certain that I am a happier and healthier individual because of Dr. Roberts.

She diagnosed my cancer, and saved my life, after 2 other MDs ignored my symptoms and told me I was "Stressed"!I thank God someone listened.

Best MD I've found. Highly recommend to family and friends.
