This place unfortunately deserves 0 stars. The procedure was a huge waste of money and the doctors and staff have poor customer services. I should also mention that if you are just a little late, even if you call, they will cancel your appointment and charge $25. For a procedure that is not even effective, this is just a double negative.

This place unfortunately deserves 0 stars. The laser hair removal process does not work (at least not on African-American skin) and it is honestly just a huge waste of money. There are many other places that have lasers that actually work, so don't waste your money here. I should also mention that if you are just a little late, even if you call, they will cancel your appointment and charge $25. For a procedure that is not even effective, this is just a double negative.

Doctors and nurses are wondering! They are all very caring and understanding.

I must say that this is one of the worst medical facilities ever. My son went in on Monday for severe allergies, he is having problem breathing. We waited 2 hrs and 45 mins to be seen. We need a prescription for Zertex D. They must have a deal with walgreens for kickbacks because all my prescriptions are always sent to Walgreen even though I always request Walmart. Well, this visit, it gets even worst. (Wed morning) 11 am, went back to request that they send they prescription with alternative meds to Walgreen. I was told it would take some time. I called back at 5:30 and was on hold for 40 mins. They again sent the prescription to Walgreen and told me that If I wanted it to go to walgreens and have them send it to walmart. I asked to speak with someone who could better help me and they hung up in my face. To be fare some of the people are nice. But the service, the patient processing, the wait, and the overall patients experience is horrible horrible, the worst

The wait time was never less than an hour and even as long as 2 hours. It's nearly impossible to get someone on the telephone to make an appointment, and they don't return phone calls. I never once saw Dr. Christie but rather another doctor in the practice, and she has poor bedside manner, and upon one visit was 2 hours late getting to the office. This place is so unprofessional!

If you want to waste tons of money, then this is the doctor for you. If you want to be treated properly, have someone listen to your problems, and come to a solution? Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This man is nothing more than a crook that will try to take all of your money.

they over book and he and his wife are a bit rude. They aren't really good on the people skills and they talk really loud with their paper thin walls. The nurses are cool but they need more work.

Dr. Christie was pleasantly interactive with the patient. Inspite ofgiving in writing that we do not want any traditional medication that Dr. Christie's office offers, we were asked to take one for which we were charged and insurance does not cover that.

I'm a registered nurse, so I am very attuned to issues such as infection control, diagnoses and office management. I have been very pleased with Dr. Christie's honesty and caring about my struggle with weight loss. He has motivated me not to give up the struggle.

Dr Christie himself is a true professional. His office is equipped with just about anything, so he rarely has to send you over to some other lab or office to get something done. He listens well and truly cares. Great guy.His office manager was HORRIBLE. I think he may have gotten rid of her, but he still had problems. TWICE..yes, TWICE...I arrived on appointment day to find the office closed. Apparently they took a holiday and didn't call any of their appointments to let them know. On one particular time, I was standing there with a little old lady who had no transportation (was dropped off and her ride left) and was stranded at a closed office. I ended up giving her a ride home.The office staff needs to get their act together, and maybe they have. This was over two years ago, so I would love to hear from others.Oh, and if you have an appointment, you can still wait and wait since they see walk-ins and don't always put them behind you.Again, the doctor himself is gifted, so if… you can get past the office staff without issues, you will like your experience. They are also bilingual (Spanish).
