Dr. Kimbrough needs to gain more experience with "outside the box" MS patients. He was rigid in his thinking of MS, possibly because he lectures more on the subject at Harvard than treats. He needed reminders to followup on test results. He did not listen to my symptoms reporting and did not appear to have an understanding of my medical history.

He listens very carefully and considers your opinions when discussing the options. Best neuro I have ever had. Has a wealth of knowledge and a good sense of humor, too!

Typically gives short non specific answers to questions. Provides little if any feedback on symptoms and treatment. Stares at computer during appointment, and seems cold w/ disconnected bedside manner. Though I assume he has had a wealth of quality training, I've not seen it during any of my appointments w/ him.

Dr. Kimbrough is a fantastic MD Doctor! He explains all the options and never tells you wahat to do. It is a joint decision. He has a great sense of humor!! I would give him 1000 stars if I could.

Highly recommend. He's a brilliant doctor, yet very down to earth. I always feel like I have a choice about treatment (choice of disease-modifying drug, whether or not I need steroids during a relapse, etc.). I never feel rushed, yet he does not make patients wait for their appointments. He thoroughly goes through each and every issue that I'm having and works with me to decide on a plan. He's very concerned with what he can do TODAY to prevent disability 10-20 years from now. I have a very low level of disability compared to most of the other patients at the MS Center, but I am always made to feel as though my condition is very serious and it's clear that he takes it very seriously.
