Dr. Altschul is disrespectful to patients and lacks bedside manner. Her lack of emotional intelligence impacts her decision making for patients and creates unnecessary risk for them. I would think twice before putting loved ones in her care and following her advice.

Doctor was very thorough and took the time to review my case. She answered all my questions and explained my results. I had an angiogram by doctor at the hospital. She explained in detail the procedure and it was exactly as she said. I did not feel any pain and recovered quickly after procedure. The doctor as excellent skills communicating and is very professional. I never felt rushed the times I met with her. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Altschul (vascular neurosurgeon – Neurosurgeons of NJ in Ridgewood) is incredible. She spent a lot of time explaining everything to me in a very clear and patient manner. She is a highly experienced, talented surgeon. All of her staff are awesome. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

When I was brought into the OR, Dr Altschul, proceeded to explain that I was about to have an angiogram for tumor embolism before surgery. By the time she was done, I was completely at ease and confident about this procedure. Dr Altschul was truly amazing!
