I can't say enough good things about Dr.Roach and her staff!!! I strongly recommend her and her staff to anyone seeking fertility treatment. They are a true blessing

The staff was very suspicious that my insurance was not from TX. I had to explain to the office manager that some companies have their offices and headquarters in different states. Also, my insurance was active and paid by former employer as part of my severance pay and they told me they never had any patients who had insurance from former employers. Really? Do they only serve farm workers and self employed? how can they be so ignorant?When I explained the basics about severance benefits, they still didn't get it and acted like I'm trying to cheat them (with active insurance!) The office manager got very rude on the phone and cancelled appointment, due to her own ignorance and fear as she never heard of former employers paying health benefits. She repeatedly said " We need to get paid." Thanks for putting your priorities straight. It's not like you are the only fertility clinic in the area.

Dr. Roach is amazing and her staff is the best.

I have no idea why others have had bad experiences because i've been with dr R twice in a span of 6 years and her staff and Dr. R have been nothing but wonderful. They never let you wait for long, money is straightforward (all IVF is expensive anywhere), the are honest about giving refunds, and most importantly, they take as much time to meet with you as necessary. The Dr is super thorough, and staff is efficient, careful, and emotionally supportive. The Dr does all procedures herself unlike other huge practices. I had other bad experiences with other IVF practices in Houston and so have all my friends. When we finally went to Dr R, everyone ended up with a baby after many prior failures. Just look at her success rates.

Wouldn't recommend unless you're going to do expensive stuff... Otherwise they'll change it to where your insurance will no longer cover office visits... I loved Dr. Roach, but after I told her I would never do IVF or injection treatments because it's costly, then all of the sudden my "diagnosis code" changed to infertility rather than PCOS so my insurance would no longer cover office visits. It's a simple fix to resubmit the claim and Pcos diagnoses. I never believed she was in it for the money but now I do. I don't recommend her. I recommend you make 100% certain your insurance will cover everything. The staff was horrible after this. The lady I had talked to was rude and unwilling to help me or listen for that matter. Her nurse is also a little under educated.

I researched US Best Doctors and found Dr.R online with great reviews. Upon scheduling an appointment I was asked to fill out the online patient survey and send over all old medical records which I did faithfully. On the day of my consult I waited over 1 hour to see the doctor and had to refill out all the same paperwork!! The staff harassed me to pay my full copayment which ended up being wrong and when I finally got to see the doctor she hadn't even reviewed my history. She had no comments or solutions other than selling her services for IVF! I was horrified...Don't loose hope there's other good docs out there!

The office staff is incompetent and disrespectful. They do not care about the patient. Dr. Roach has no idea what she is doing. She doesn't even look at the chart to see if she is using the correct equipment. The wait time for procedures or even a basic appointment is atrocious. I do not recommend this doctor!!

She is a miracle doctor!! She is very patient and understanding.

SHE'S IN IT FOR THE MONEY!! They have not been up front with the cost!! They wanted $7k within 2 wks to start the IVF porcess, ok fine, but when we got home, looked over the many pages of paperwork, the last page was an additional $5k - they didn't discuss this with us. I called a different fertility doctors office and they charge between $18k-$20 (IVF, anesthesia & meds). That's a huge gap of their $12k. I wonder when they would have told us we owed thousands more. To make it worse, they had my blood work results for 4 wks before telling me my sugar levels were on the high side, then gave me meds for this that I should have NEVER been given - it made me very sick. It was clear Dr. Roach NEVER looked at my health history or she would not have given this to me. I went in to get a copy of my test results, while waiting for the nurse to explain a few things, I noticed my cholesterol was high too. They never told me about this. If I hadn't picked up the results I would have never known. I… asked the nurse why didn't anyone tell me this, her answer was "well we wouldn't have treated you for that any way". REALLY?!?!? Over those 4 wks I had seen the Dr. twice and spoke to Angela, the nurse, 5 times. I figure if they over look test results (and health history) that are bolded "HIGH", who's to say they wouldn't implant the wrong embryo. All of the employess and the Dr. were very personable, nice but they're wolves in sheeps clothing!! They've left us emotional deflated, disgusted, unbelievably angry and very disappointed!!

I have been trying to get pregnant for a few years and have several miscarriages. After a much needed referral for a new doctor, I found Dr. Roach. She was extremely thorough and caring and extremely smart. The office staff was nothing but nice and helpful. Not a long wait time at all, not that it would matter to me either way. She has been such a blessing in my life after seeing many doctors to be able to find someone like her. I would recommend her to anyone.
