Office is very disorganized and post operative care is strongly lacking. Poor patient communication.

I like Dr. Dow as a physician, and it is why I suffer through the administrative side of things for each visit. Between the extremely long waiting times in the lobby, and it being nearly impossible to get anyone from the clinic to answer the phone or schedule an appointment, it has became a serious pain to see Dr. Dow. I do hope he fixes his staff soon.

my daughter has sat in this office's waiting room for the past 2hrs today & the staff has no idea when she'll get in - BAD FORM & very unprofessional for all concerned - find another MD/staff to care for you - overbooking is unacceptable.

I used Dr.Dow to remove kidney stones. If you value your time don't use this doctor. Very long two hour plus appointment waits. I had to wait four hours before my procedure to begin. No follow up calls. Find another doctor if you want any bed side manner. I won't be going back !!!

I have been going to Dr. Dow for several years and his care has always been wonderful. There has been times I have needed to be put in the hospital and he has always be right on top of everything. As well as his staff at the Webster office yes at times their has been an issue with a staff member but it has always been handled. A few weeks ago on a Saturday night my son was having some pain I had taken him to a local ER. They found that he had kidney stones and both kidneys were blocked. They asked if I had a doctor I said yes and I call Dr. Dows answering serves he was on call. The ER doctor called him and Dr. Dow admitted him right away and first thing Sunday morning was doing Surgery. Not only has he always treated me with the best care but is treating my son now. Thank you Dr. Dow your the best.

I have no complaints about Dr. Dow but his staff is awful. Twice I went for an appointment that had been confirmed and was told he was out of the office and had to reschedule. I don't have time to drive back and forth to Clear Lake due to the staff not doing their job. They are one of the worst staff I have ever come in contact.

Worst experience my wife has ever had at a doctors office. He spent more time entering info in his laptop than providing patient care. His terrible nurse hurt my loving wife installing a catheter then without helping her off the table and dress walked out. That office urology associates in webster should be shut down! My wife just had major surgery and they showed no compassion. Good luck receiving proper care at that office!

My biopsy was a nightmare. Doctor started biopsy before local had taken effect. Very,Very painful. He then refused to send me home with anything for pain. I would NOT recommend this Dr.to anyone.

Dr. Dow is amazing!
