Dr. Shenkman replaced my knees I went from being bowlegged to being knock kneed making my heals strike the floor causing extreme pain, my fault, but never had this problem before, I ask to have redone, No, so I went to Fl. hospital in Celebration. Dr. Dore said I was 10 & 20 degrees out of line, so I let him replace my knees a second time, neuropathy in both legs with a drops foot on the left leg. You Tell Me.?????

called Dr. Shenkman and they had no record of my brothers surgery, he's in Winter haven in rehab and after a week they want to send him home. The lady at the Dr. office was rude to me and said I wasn' t on his hipa form but she couldn't find Curtis sugery either. To bad the Dr's don't know what kind od crappy staff they have in the front office. Day labor....

Dr Shenkman has been my Ortho Surgeon for 10 years. He takes the time to explain and discuss. I have had 3 knee surgeries by him. Two meniscus repairs for both I was up and active in a few days. And a Total Knee Replacement which I was up walking unassisted in 5 days, riding a stationary bike in 7. My knee has not felt this good in over 30 years,

10 weeks after surgery leg is healing quicker than expected. Great communicator, incl. P.A. and staff. Clearly a highly trained and experienced surgeon.

My wait was reasonable. Dr. Shenkman was thoughtful, caring and took time to listen to me about my shoulder and knee.I would recommend him highly.

I went to see Dr. Shenkman for a painful knee. The wait time was minimal and he spent an awful long time with me. He explained what was wrong with my knee and the options for getting it better. He did not just tell me I needed surgery for which I was grateful.I definitely recommend Dr. Shenkman. My knee feels great.

Overall, my visit was excellent. There was a short wait, but he spent alot of time speaking to me. He made the right diagnosis, did not immediately recommend surgery and helped get me back to work pain free.I would recommend him to everyone.
