Wonderful dr. Really took the time to listen to and address my concerns. Recommend.

Absolutely terrible. This doctor was trained in the 1800's and clearly hasn't kept up with modern advancements. Do NOT go here!!!

I have found Dr. Shepard to be very professional and pleasant to both my husband and I. He is an excellent diagnostic physician and answers all our questions.

Dr. Sheppard saw me, by referral, in relatively short order. He spent a good amount of time assessing the problem and offered helpful solutions. I did not feel rushed and I felt he and his staff were very caring and attentive.

The office is manned only by the doctor and his wife. It’s interesting that he wants you to contact him with your issues rather than rate him. Both he and his wife claimed that I lied to them but wouldn’t even explain the reason I attempted to discuss the issue but neither would. Further, they allowed their personal lives cloud their professional lives. I can only describe that day as being in a bar. His wife cussed at me called me vulgar names. I felt like I had walked into the twilight zone. When checking out I wanted to understand their crazy attitudes and they would say nothing about it. I paid my deductible with cash and Mary threw it on the floor, I picked it up and put it in the counter and she snatched it up, balled it up and threw it at me, hitting me. I turned around to try to ask what I had done wrong and she came from behind the counter, opened the door and blocked me. Then she screamed names that would embarrass a sailor. Good riddance to these very… unprofessional people. I wouldn’t take my cat to them. THERE’S A VERY GOOD REASON THAT HE IS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS WHILE ALL THE OTHER NEUROLOGISTS HAVE WAITING LISTS.

Dr Shepard has patience and listens to what I have to say. His staff is also great

He took his time and was very personable with my husband and I. He had a sit down and view my MRIs together explaining what he was seeing. I've been told that he can be kind of abrupt but I have not experienced that in my two prior visits. He was thorough and very professional.

Unprofessional, judgmental, lacking in integrity. On healthgrades dot com he quotes "Please contact me directly, not anonymously, if you have issues with me or my staff." So that's what I did. He has never replied ... will not sit down with me to discuss the issue. In my humble opinion, there are many better neurologists is this town to choose from.

Rude, the physician and the staff! I read the BAD reviews, but went with an open attitude. OH, sorry I did! "Rude" is being polite! Horrible! BAD! DON'T GO! "Dr" Shepard, I have read your responses to patients who complain, and you call them cowards and act like you have no idea why they complain, or that their complaint is invalid. "INVALID", because you don't CARE! You even have criticized them for poor grammar, which is MORE evidence of your arrogant, rude, attitude! Humility? Respect for people in general? YOU HAVE NONE! Why would those who complain want to discuss your behavior, as you suggest? NO POINT! It takes one meeting with you to know we no longer want anything to do with you! PEOPLE---DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!!

Awful experience, wont return.
