I would not call him a doctor more so like a Big Bully. I visited the office 2 times in a month. First I didn't learn much other than he recommend one test. It was a 10 minute visit and made another appointment that lasted 90 seconds. He never made eye contact . He was punching on the computer er and then walk out of the office. DONE

Dr. Terzigni has always explained my situation in detail, that I can understand. Very nice professional Doc.

This man is rude, clearly hates his job, might hate people - told me he hates Democrats. I wouldn't go back if my life depended on it.

Don't know how this guy stays in business. I ended up writing a long complaint letter to Diagnostic Clinic and refused to pay my copay because of his flagrant unprofessionalism. He trash talked other physicians, shared personal information about himself, minimized my symptoms. I was getting documentation of a condition to qualify for my employers short term disability and only went to a follow up visit to get test results and paperwork completed. He walked out in the middle of the appointment and never came back. Avoid him like the plague.

Can't give some rating yet because I have only met with doc. once; but, he made an excellent impression with me! Very nice, great listener, went over a test I didn't understand with me until I did understand it and had a plan for me for the very next visit to find out my concern and took the time to explain the test I would have,

So far..So good..No complaints here.

Agree with the other poor reviews - not impressed, staff wants to do as little as possible - never has test results, acts like all your concerns are in your head, doesn't want to do the work necessary to see what's really going on, talks too much about personal life and not enough about what's going on with his patient, nice/friendly guy, but that's not what I'm paying him for - need a medical specialist that can help discover and work to resolve neurological issues. In fact, stay away from Diagnostic Clinic all together - seems to be a scam to get as many tests as possible, no real medical treatment, just continual dr's visits and never any true medical care it seems. Its the Wal-Mart of medical care - you can't just call your drs office, have to call the main clinic #, have to wait in long lines to even go up to your dr's office, they don't want to share your medical records outside of their offices, just everything about this dr and this location feels like they want your money… and your insurance money, but they don't want to really understand you, your medical conditions or find a way to resolve anything. Continually just get referred to another new specialist in the building - of course, always in the building - that should have been the first clue something was not right!

Dr. Tergzini was very nice and made sure to explain everything to me. He cared about my complaints and took the time to discuss them with me and come to a solution. I would recommend him to anyone!

Think about going to this MD? Think again! Your life might be at stake. I went to him for help and he not only disbelieved me but made me feel like I was a crybaby and a middle aged depressed woman with no merit. He was cold condescending and rude. After testing I was found to have myasthenia gravis which he "had no proof therefore this did not exist." I am glad I continued my search and did not settle for the quack he is and always will be. If I had listened to him I'd probably be dead now. Medical school HA! I bet he wrote away for a degree you pay for in the mail.

Anyone who reviews this doctor and says what a wonderful job he has done for them is a lucky person in my opinin. I attempted to complain to the diagnostic clinic managers but there is literally no way to say anything negative about the doctor on paper in that building. The first visit with him was his one and only perfect visit. I think it had something to do with the after visit follow up patient questionnaire they give you after the appointment. This is the only time i had to voice any opinin. After 5 minutes w the man, i had no opinon. My negative opinion formed over a few months. His staff treated me no better. Very condescending, elitist attitudes. Had to call multiple times, leave messages and wait for the to call. Usually the next day. At my last appointment, of the 5 minutes spent with me it seemed he spent 3-4 of complaining about his home life. How his wife has managed to destroy their relationship by opening her own practice yet will not let anyone help with her… bookkeeping and spends every weekend in the office rather than spending quality time with him. How he was upset she wanted him to use his free time filing. That is not my business. I shouldn't know much more than your résumé and schooling, awards and recognitions. I felt like he could have done a much better job on me. Seriously, I was his patient for a short period of time ( Less then six visits total). I am a complete stranger On a personal level, why in the world would I care to know anything about his home life or the fact that he is so miserable at home and at work? That he is bullied by the other doctors in the building? How is that supposed to gain my confidence or trust for him? I felt sorry for him and consoled him (since his office was busy scrambling for my test results i asked for 5 times, which he found after having them reaent - 3 days later!) I could not in good conscience deal with it any longer. I felt trapped going to him because I was referred by my primary Dr. who is also in the building (and my Primary is incredible, have the utmost trust in my primary) After explaining my dilemma and what i felt were borderline torturous visits with this doctor to a highly renowned respected specialist in the area, he was shocked I was this mans patient in the first place. He quickly referred me to another neurologist that I met w the following week and had all my questions answered and the diagnoses Dr. #1 said was impossible the first visit. Before when I had a new strange symptom I complained about, this man shrugged his shoulders, rolled his eyes and said everybody's got problems. What makes you so special? Then laughed and nudged me like we were buddies. For every negatively reviewed dr here, I believe there is another wonderful, respected, caring and deserving Doctor. It is our job as the patients to be the guinea pigs and figure it out for ourselves unfortunately. I hope this review helps somebody out there. If I had read this before being referred to him I would have never met him and saves myself some unneeded stressful, sleepless nights. Then again, this review is only my opinion. One sick person's opinion ( now that I have a diagnoses I've been living with for years I can say I'm sick, knowing full and well I'm cared for by some of the best) As with all opinions, take it with a grain of salt and judge the man for your self. Make up your own mind as to what you think of this doctor. I really believe these days honest people do not tell their stories online about doctors for fear of being sued. I am not telling anybody to not go see him, or let this Dr. treat you. He was not the doctor for me, This is only my humble honest opinion. I wish I could say something nice about this Dr. but I wouldn't be honest with myself.
