Ash & Blooms Holistic Psychotherapy is a boutique therapy practice specializing in trauma therapy, anxiety therapy, and queer-affirming care. Using neuroscience-backed approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR therapy, somatic therapy, and Havening Techniques, we support healing from childhood trauma, sexual assault or abuse, perfectionism, anxiety, shame, and the effects of toxic relationships.
We also provide couples and relationship therapy for monogamous couples and polycules, supporting intimacy concerns, communication challenges, boundaries, and rebuilding trust after infidelity.
