Dr. Al J Ventzek, DO

I was seen by Dr. Ventzek in a Palm Beach County ER. He spent all of 45 seconds with me. I came to have him examine a 2nd or 3rd degree burn on the inside of my finger and palm. He barely glanced at the burn, and never even touched it. He asked only 1 or 2 perfunctory questions. He was dismissive of me and of my primary care physician’s preliminary diagnosis. He appeared to ridicule the physician, who, by the way, is a highly professional physician and a professor at an Ivy League Medical School where he educates medical students. On the whole I think that Dr. Ventzek had little or no interest in me as a patient and would rather have been someplace else. My visit was a waste of time.
