Terrible experience. Even ignoring the fact that the waiting room is always booked literally to capacity with not a single available chair, I was given a grim diagnosis and have been unable to get a follow up appointment honored or vital prescriptions refilled. Irresponsible, unprofessional, greedy.

Excellent Doctor has been treating my mom for over 10 years and now I finally got appointment with him as he is very popular and hard to get appointment with but worth seeing him. He very thorough , great listener and gives great health advise.

There's not enough physicians like Dr Bigman.

I have been under Dr. Bigman’s care for six years he always takes his time to listen and always shows much concern for my situation he is always very pleasant, I have much improved under his advice and care. The office staff and the nurses are very kind and pleasant in the office and on the phone.

This is the place to come if you have time to waste waiting to see a doctor, because wait you will. The Reception staff talk to you as though you are an idiot and the medical assistants are rude, especially the Philippina who for some reason thinks she is god's gift to the office, probably because the nurse practitioner is her aunt or something like that. Two very rude women. This is one ghetto office. The one good experience was Dr. Hava.

I recently visited Dr. Bigman for my annual welness visit as a Medicare patient. I was so very impressed with how well he listened to my concerns, conducted a very thorough examination, and made very good recommendations for health maintenance. A fine quality practice!!

I've been to this office once, and didn't like the service at all! The wait was too long I sat there for about 1 hr and there was only 2 patients in the waiting area. Then when making the app I specifically asked to be seen by a certain dr when I got there they said you will be seen by a nurse practitioner which I didn't like. They don't follow the app schedule at all I was in the exam room waiting for another hour she ended up seeing patients that came in after me and forgot that I was in the room until I completely lost it! She examened me for 10 min. I told myself I would never go back there again, every time I would make an app to go see my doctor I end up being seen by a diff physician. I hate that, point is I myself am in the medical field and that whole practice and all of their UNPROFESSIONAL TACKY DOCTORS AND STAFF are just unprofessional and I'm surprised they have any patients.
