Dr. Alan Bruce Fishman, MD

During the 1980’s, Dr. Fishman prescribed the right medication and treatment for me, and it has worked effectively since that time.

I have been a patient of his for a long time and I'm handicap. He refused to report abuse to social services leaving me at the hands of an abuser.

I have been seeing Dr. Fishman for more than ten years. He has always taken the time to thoroughly assess where I am in the disease process. If we try a new medication, I contact him regularly to let him know how it's working. If we need to make a change, he calls in the prescription. As long as you keep your quarterly appointments, he handles any issues in between by phone. I can't say enough great things about him, as he is one of the best doctors I have seen, and I'm 58 years old.

Very rude and not compassionate.

Excellent doctor. Great bedside manner, explains in detail, and fixes the problem. Very direct and tells you what can and cannot be fixed. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Fish man could not have been more rude and condescending to my son during his first visit, if he tried. He basically told him he was overreacting and essentially called him a liar. Needless to say, he made my son very uncomfortable until he finally just pulled up his pant leg and showed him his knee which was so swollen. Dr. Fishman continued his rudeness and did not apologize. He finally diagnosed him but did not effectively treat him. My son is now at another doctor and on Humira and doing well no thanks to Dr.. Fishman - he's awful!!' Why does anyone go to him?

I am so glad that my Primary Physician referred me to Dr. Fishman. I see him every four months for injections in my knees. He has an exceptional bedside manner@ and is very thorough. He takes the time to answer any questions or concerns that I have. He is open and direct. I personally like that quality in a doctor. 2 to 3 weeks after each visit he requests that I call and speak with him directly just to see how I am doing. Unheard of today...

ALAN FISHMAN IS THE BEST PHYSICIAN YOU WILL EVER MEET !!!

Terrible excuse for a doctor - he is horrible. He takes new patients and can't see any existing patients for 6 months, doesn't review any prior history or labs, throws pills at everything and it terribly rude and an egomaniac. Stay away and find somebody decent.
