No people skills. Had cateract surgery w/ complications that have been ongoing since Nov. 2015. Finally have been referred to another doctor .

I have been in the medical field over 42 yrs. & have seen anyone treat a patient like he treated me. First of all I think he came in upset because the waiting room was full after 3:00 in the afternoon. He didn't shake my hand, he left the room right away hunting for an instrument, came back, & without warning me, he begin to probe/stick my eye causing the worse pain I have ever felt. Then he said "this might hurt, close your mouth, telling me to look the differ ways, & then he had the nerve to say "Try not to scream"!!! If felt like he was going to push my eye, he never said I'm sorry, & he never really told me for sure what the problem was, but instead told me in an abrupt manner"Come back in 3 months & I'll dilate again"!!!

This doctor books too many patients per day. I usually have to wait at least 1 hr. 30 minutes in waiting room. He's too busy! I won't go back where the wait is so long. He has so many patients that he doesn't even know why you have come in, even if it is for surgery follow-up. That was my experience anyway. He didn't explain any possible side effects of cataract surgery (which I ended up having), then asked me to wait 5 months to have laser surgery for a common problem for cataract surgery

Booked all patients too close together. Had full waiting room and average wait was at least 45 minutes each time. Seems a little like he doesn't really care for his job. Actually seems to have no personality at all....

I've had three visits and I will not go back, as from the last billing he charged $300 to remove a few eyelashes (which weren't related to my problem, but was in the way of him seeing into my eye) and billed it as surgery. He now wants to perform surgery to correct my issue and now I wonder if it's necessary.....or is he wanting a large pay check. He does little explaining about what/why he is doing something...but always on top of what will be paid. I asked what this acutual surgery would cost....he stated it's not an issue, it's covered under insurance. I haven't had the need to go to a doctor very much in my 35 yrs....I hope this isn't what our health care professionals are about these days. I'm going to repeal this last charge and get a second opinion and I will not be back. I would recommend anybody else do the same.

Very unprofessional staff and physcian. Unable to diagnose problem and did not refer to a specialist. Offered to do surgery that would not have any positive results.

Not very professional, hungry for money, not good at accurate diagnosis.
