Dr Edwards recently performed a retinal reattachment and I couldn’t be more pleased. My pre-surgical vision was 20/400–post-surgical 20/60! The surgery opened up a new world for me. Dr Edwards and every staff member was wonderful! Caring, professional, transparent, and absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

From initial outreach for an appointment to completion of treatment I saw great service and care from Dr. Edwards and the rest of the team at Sterling Vision.

Dr. Edwards saw me immediately way back in May of 2020 for an emergency that ended up not being something he needed to be involved in until later. When later arrived, he and his staff were professional, compassionate and for the first time in 54 years, I don’t need glasses nor the “legally blind’ designation.

Dr Edwards is an excellent ophthalmologist . He has, through injections in my right eye, given me my vision back. He is a very competent doctor and has a superior staff at his clinic. He is a fine man and compassionate doctor.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Albert O Edwards for his excellent treatment of macular degeneration. Dr. Edwards has an impressive educational background. I have been his patient for 5+years, and I have received frequent eye injections. He has successfully controlled the disease. He has literally saved my eyesight, and he continues to assure my comfort during the procedures. The office is well run. One is respected as an individual, and waiting times are kept tp a minimum. The support staff couldn’t be more friendly or supportive . I am grateful for having this fine doctor in our community.

I was diagnosed with macular degeneration in my right eye about seven years ago and have been seeing Dr. Edwards for treatment ever since. The MD has been stabilized and treatment has been pushed out from once a month to every 3 months. Dr. Edwards and staff are first rate and appointments are almost always on-time. I couldn't be happier with the care I receive, and feel fortunate that we have someone of Dr. Edwards caliber and technical expertise in the Eugene-Springfield area.

Doctor Albert Edwards has been treating me for Diabetic Macular Edema and Diabetic Retinopathy among other eye problems successfully since 2015. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I am confident in his superior skills, credentials, professionalism, and training. His large staff sees me with little wait time when I have an appointment. I was moved from "station" to station efficiently, and never had to wait long since I have been seeing him as a patient. His staff are very well trained and personable. I highly recommend Doctor Edwards. I am happy that he took me on as a patient and you will too.

Dr. Edwards ran all of the necessary tests. He made sure I knew he was working me in to his very busy day, which included s trip to the gym. He made some off handed comments about blind people suggesting that if they had only sought out care with him first, they would not be blind.

Dr. Edwards is skilled when it comes to any kind of surgical procedure and he will persist in difficult diagnostic cases. Many of his staff have been with him for a long time which says a good deal about his ability to run a team of employees with compassion and competence. I have been his patient for several years, with ARMD and some other issues. It would be great if he could take five minutes extra when delivering difficult or complicated options or diagnoses. Explain what he sees on the test results and show and explain what he is seeing.
