I had to wait more than half an hour in waiting room and then another half hour in patient's cabin and after more than a full hour of wait Only PA came to see me. No regret or apologies for delay. Didn't see the doctor.

I felt pressured into signing consent for an injection. There was no explanation of why an injection was necessary. I had not tried physical therapy even once, why start with a cortisone injection? The verdict was - Needs an injection and done. Was recommended for surgery even though I detailed that I am not a candidate for shoulder surgery due to other conditions.
