Nice doctor and competent. No follow up. Greater Knoxville ENT generally does not return calls. do not honor appts. they will cancel you and offer an appointment more than 2 months away. They will not even let you in to see a nurse, doesn't matter how long you've been a patient or how much money you've spent with them.

I was referred to Dr. Rosenbaum from another doctor within GKENT. I have to say that after months of dealing with ear infections Dr. Rosenbaum got straight to the issue and scheduled a much needed surgery. He is an amazing surgeon, i am so impressed with my results i would recommend him without hesitation. He is personable and very professional.

I can not say enough praise for Greater Knoxville ENT as I have slowly come to meet just about the whole UT office, and much of the Powell office. Dr Rosenbaum is great! He obviously loves his job, as he really takes care of his patients. He has answered every question I had, reassured me, and was very clear and thorough. He could have easily done surgery on me much earlier, made some money and taken a nice vacation. But he did what was in my, the patients best, interest. He made sure I was on allergy shots and that we were working to build an immunity before I had my sinus surgery. I can not thank him enough. Anyone who needs sinus surgery knows how difficult it can be always sick to some degree, or with repetative sinus infections and pneumonia. Dr Rosenbaum works to change lives for the better. He gets four stars here and my gratitude!

This was my first visit since we have just moved to this area. Check in was quick & efficient. Nurses came into the room promptly, were courteous & quick. Other doctors had to be called to check records which was quickly done. The audiologist was kind & efficient. Dr Rosenbaum listened, gave clear diagnosis, & answered questions. He was very business like and professional. Upon check out, I was giving a Clinical Summary of Visit for my records! It was one of the best visits to a doctor's office I have experienced bc I felt he was thorough, wanted to help, & wanted keep watch on my situation. Yes I would highly recommend
