Diagnosed me so wrong

I waited an hour for my appointment and she rushed through it. She said I needed surgery but her scheduler never called me to set up the appointment, and didn’t return my calls.

I had to wait a bit but she treated me quickly and I understood her explanations

No such a thing as saying at least "Good morning" let alone addressing me by name. Not taking trouble explaining the condition, treatment plan, and prognosis, just "use the drops and come back in two weeks". When I attempted to switch to a different provider, there did not seem to be a problem initially, but shortly before my next visit I was told that I can only see Dr. Gunzburg in that office. Now that I have a visit scheduled with a different ophthalmologist to preserve continuity of care, getting my medical record to review with that doctor appears to be a problem because as per office staff it is now subject to approval by both the doctor and an office manager who happens to be away because of personal issues. Truly fantastic service...

Dr Gunzberg did cataract surgery on both eyes. The experience was almost pleasant if that's possible. No problems at all and I have great vision. I recommend her highly.

Have had two cataract procedures with Dr Gunzberg and everything went perfectly. I have the greatest respect and confidence in her ability.

This doctor had terrible bedside manners. Did not introduce herself, did not shake hands. She definitely looked like she wanted to be somewhere else. ...
