Dr. Amaiak Chilingaryan, MD

I went to see the doctor few weeks ago, as part of my discharge recommendations from UCLA hospital due to a concussion I suffered in an accident. I searched in the internet and he seemed to be a good neurologist. To my surprise, he touch my head asked few questions, after which told me that I could put my head against a wall an exercise the neck!! That was his treatment for a severe concussion that kept me 3 weeks at the UCLA hospital!! No MRI's or head cat scans, nothing. And I thought are we in the XXI century? I came to the conclusion that he was not the kind of doctor I need to recover. Good luck with him people.

I had a great experience with the doctors office. The office staff was very helpful scheduling the appointment. Prior to scheduling they were very efficient and screened me ensuring that I was appropriate for their clinic. I was told by my doctors that my hands complaints were due to joint problems or arthritis. However I saw Dr. Chilingaryan and he diagnosed me with his electrical nerve test that I have nerve problems in my wrist. He treated me and prescribed therapy. I’m very helpful that finally my missed diagnosis was caught. I highly recommend this doctor.

The doctor came highly recommended. I was recommended to see him as a second opinion. He was able to provide me a diagnosis by getting very careful history and spending a lot of time with me and my spouse to get the right history and be able to choose the right medication to treat my condition. I can finally have some relief with my symptoms. In today’s medicine with time constraints and high volume in doctors offices I felt like this doctor spent a great deal of time with me to provide me with his expert opinion and treatments. I highly appreciate his help.

It was very hard for me to find a neurologist in Glendale. With appointment times usually in four weeks. But the office was very accommodating and squeezing me in warning me that I may have to wait maybe even an hour. The doctor saw me and he was very empathetic and explained to me my symptoms. although they are not curable I got the right diagnosis finally and know how to treat my symptoms. He was very empathetic, took his time. The recommendations about him were correct. He is a great doctor.

The most non carrying doctor, he doesn’t explain any thing clearly to patient about medication. He accept patient before let the previous patient leave his office.

I found the doctor very professional, knowledgeable and straightforward . The office is modern clean and welcoming.I would recommend Dr Chilingaryan to family members.he has done extensive research in his field and has an academic background.

I had been to two other neurologists in the area and can say that Dr. Chilingaryan is by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He is straightforward and honest which is very important for me. He has done research and accomplished in the field. He knows his stuff..

Doctor Chilingaryan is a great Neurologist definitely will be coming back for a follow up visit!!!
