Dr. Andrew Vincent Cichelli, MD

I am quite aware that PA’s have no where near the education and experience as the pulmonologist. The difference is huge. I could be a PA easily myself if I wanted to. And I would be far more superior than the one my relative saw long time ago. Not sure if her name. 10 years of schooling and training, For pulmonologist Does not compare to less than 2 years for a PA. I know more than that lady that saw my relative. That PA is clueless , do not know her name . This was few years ago. My relative was having breathing issues and the PA raddled off many different things she thought it could be, because she didn’t know what was wrong. A few of her thoughts on the cause of the breathing issues were insane. I’m intelligent and I am insulted And disturbed by the fact the PA whose name I dnt recall had an attitude. Like I am suppose to trust her thoughts., NOT - When she can’t figure out what’s wrong and can’t diagnose correctly She rambles on about things it could be. … Which means she doesn’t know what she’s doing in my opinion. Hey., she has t been to medical school or pulmonologiist school. Therefore, she doesn’t have the training and education. That’s why she doesn’t know how to diagnose And the attitude she had . Hey. I’m Certain when someone can’t diagnose, it’s obvious. I’d rather see a pulmonologist Who has medical school Amd training totaling 10 years schooling. And pulmonologist medical school. I’m tired of dr offices and hospitals trying to shove PA”S in my face treat me or my family. It’s my health And my family’s health I do not trust a PA with my life. They haven’t gone to medical school for 8 to 10 years. They don’t have the medical background, knowledge , years and years of experience. I only see doctors. I only see a doctor. Doctors go through much more years and rigorous training and information And more training taking care of patients. Pulmonologist is a specialty too. The training is extra to medical school. A PA does. Not cut it. I do not trust a PA with my health or my life. I have seen the same lack of medical education and lack of experience and poor diagnosing and poor treatment plans in other PA”s

Doctors at Mayo Clinic were unable to diagnose my problem after many visits, tests and money, as were other doctors. Dr. Cichelli immediately suspected pulmonary hypertension, had me tested and it was confirmed. His caring attitude, follow-up concern and diagnostic ability has made all the difference in my life.

This MD is terrible. Beware!
