Had X-rays on both knees and cortisone shot in each. I walked from his office to check out area and collapsed and was essentially unresponsive. They had to call ambulance to take me to hospital. NO follow up from Dr Petrellas office to see if I was okay. A copy of my records for that day had no mention of this serious adverse drug reaction. This is not a caring doctor or office.

Always great experience with David from Dr.Petrella P.A, office . David is very understanding with my knee problems and always gives great advice on what I use due.

I was well prepared for each step in the process of having my hip replacement. Because of this, I had little to no discomfort. Yes, I had stiffness and reduced movement but with the help from staff, that improved quickly. I walked out of the hospital with a walker and left the walker behind after a week. Knowing that we're all different, I believe Dr Petrellas' method allowed for a more progressive healing. Thank you Citrus Orthopedic & Joint Institute.

Office staff very rude and inefficient. I tried to get an appointment to schedule surgery from a previous visit and diagnosis. After waiting two weeks for a call back and no option to leave a message at the office, I went there in person to make an appointment. I was asked what I wanted and I explained that I need an appointment and that no one was calling me back, no one answers the phone and there wasn't an option to leave another message. I was told, "we can't have you coming in here to make an appointment." Frustrated beyond belief, I left. I sent a personal letter to Dr. Petrella in hopes of cutting through the red tape and it was not responded to. Now I have to find another doctor, and PAY a second time for x-rays and diagnosis. They have wasted my time and money. If this is the way they do business, then Dr. Petrella is the last person I want cutting into me. Do yourself a favor and find a professional orthopedic group instead of this gang. That's what I did.

Dr Petrella is a wonderful Doctor. He explained the Procedure thoroughly. Answered any question that I had. He has a Concern for each and every one of his patients. Citrus orthopedics And joint specialist is A1 rated facility

Had Dupetryns surgery on pinkie finger and large cyst removed from shoulder by Dr. Petrella. Neither was successful. Pinkie is still not normal, and cyst came back in no time at all.
