Dr. Anna Katsman

Dr. Anna Katsman did a great job explaining what she believed was causing my son’s heel pain and what the next steps should be. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The front-office staff was also excellent and very pleasant. Unfortunately, the only negative part of our experience was the staff member who assisted us in the exam room before and after Dr. Katsman saw my son. She came across as rude and seemed visibly unhappy to be assisting us. We felt as though we were bothering her simply by asking questions. Dr. Katsman had offered to provide a school note but accidentally forgot to bring it back to us. When we asked the assistant for the note, such a simple request seemed to be an inconvenience. A patient’s experience at a medical office is not only about the quality of the doctor, but also about how they are treated by the staff throughout the visit. Dr. Katsman and the front office made a very positive impression, but unfortunately,… the attitude of this particular staff member took away from an otherwise excellent experience. We appreciate the support provided by this office and are thankful to know what to do next to help our son!
