Dr. Arash Mansouri, MD

I was told by a staff member that Dr. Mansouri did not take or make phone calls to patients; that I had to tell her my issue. They failed to instruct me as to pre-op eye drops, and told me payment was due a week before the cataract surgery was to be done; but no invoice at all. They told me cataract surgery was not covered by Medicare (and it is!) Bad office, arrogant and incompetent staff. He may be a very good eye doctor, but he's surrounded by incompetents and refuses to be spoken to himself, so you figure out who's to blame.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Mansouri as he updated my vision status with regard to recent cataract surgery, my astigmatism and macular degeneration. He provided numerous optional procedures for better eye health . . . .all very much appreciated.

Always have a great experience going to Dr. Mansouri. He gives excellent examinations, has the best Doctor/patient skills, extremely qualified and experienced in his field, makes you feel appreciated and thanks you for coming. Best Doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Mansouri for about 7 years. He is an outstanding doctor. I've been through so much with my right eye, and he has pulled me thru each and every time. He has a wonderful re pore with all his patients, always friendly, and explains to you what is going on with your eyes. I recommend him highly. I not only consider him a doctor, but a friend as well.

I loved the way the doctor explained everything he was doing during the surgery and he made me feel at ease. He has a great "bedside manner" which I liked and would recomend him to anyone that needs surgery like mine

Dr. Mansouri fit my husband into his schedule in an emergency situation when his regular doctor's staff would not. He got the help he needed that saved his eyesight!
