Dr. Barbara Charlotte Marsh, MD

I’ve been a parent of Dr. Marsh for many years. She will always get 5+ stars from me. She is the absolute best!!!

I trust Dr. Marsh and her skills as a doctor. However, to be at the office for 2.5 HOURS with a 7:30 am appointment is terrible. There is no excuse for my having to wait so long. There were 45 minute delays between each segment of my appointment. If another office took my insurance I would switch. I have had long wait times at this office before but nothing like this.

I am NOT satisfied with the extended wait time I had today. My appointment check-in was 340p I was on time. My appointment scheduled 4p. At 415p I was taken into the room to check my details and check my eye pressure. This took about 10 minutes. I was asked to wait yet again. And continued to wait until 505pm!!! Dr March reviewed my information. Retook my eye pressure. I was with Dr Marsh maybe ten Minutes. Then had to wait again for the front desk to schedule my follow up appointment with my eye Doctor. I left the building at 520p. One hour and 40 minutes from when I walked in and out the building !!! This is NOT acceptable!!!!

Top rating. Exactly what I wanted/needed. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Very businesslike, which works great for me. I can imagine some patients wanting more warmth and nurturing but that’s not me. Not for the reasons I value Dr. Marsh.

Always professional and informative. Answered all questions. A true pleasure to be treated with such care and respect.

I love Dr. Marsh. I hate waiting forever for a 5 minute appointment. My total visit took 2 hours which is too much time to wait. Everything else is great.

Dr. Marsh is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to explain treatment options, and answers any questions you might have. She has a very pleasant manner as well.

Dr. Marsh is very knowledgeable, and always professional in her manner. She is pleasant and inquires if I have any questions she hasn’t covered. I highly recommend her.

Dr Marsh is an excellent eye doctor. She goes into all the options in your eye care. Recently having been allergic to a couple of medicines, she researched all options and found a medication that my eyes tolerated. If you are lucky enough to have her as your doctor, you have the best!
