This guy is a jerk.

This Dr. Is the worst kind ever. He was irresponsible in treating me quickly when I was having an attack. When I finally saw him three months later I had gone from relapsing remitting MS to chronic. Based on his notes the staff of Scripps gave me the run around,and my insurance is not covering what they did in the past. Due to Dr. Frishbergs practices I am now three months past when I should have had any treatments. I feel like he as he said what’s the use thus signing my end.

I don’t know how this doctor can take money for services he never provided. Don’t go here if you need a neurologist. I’ve been waiting a month for them to schedule me an appointment to teach me how to give myself shots. If they don’t know by now that you need a pre approval for this procedure they need to close the business up. They doctor even told me I made him nervous bc I was being evasive. Well your asking me questions from 30 years ago. all I wanted was to try new meds for my migraines bc the old ones weren’t working. And ppl wonder why I don’t trust doctors. I wouldn’t go here again if he was the last neurologist on earth. Peace out I’m not wasting any more of my money on this doctor or clinic.

The receptionist that schedules patients was misleading on the Dr's she was recommending as to what they really treated. She was short and said google the website.

Dr. Frishberg is incredibly professional, highly-skilled, and extremely knowledgeable. He is direct with his procedures and his explanations. He listens to patients about their needs and concerns, and he explains things thoroughly while providing unambiguous, relevant, important information. Dr. Frishberg is the only neurologist I have seen (out of four total) that is genuinely interested in helping me feel better and alleviate my chronic pain. With Dr. Frishberg, I finally feel as though someone is concerned with helping me rather than simply writing a prescription to get me out of the office. I greatly recommend Dr. Frishberg! If you are looking for a no-nonsense medical professional who is a true specialist in the field of neurology, then go see him!

Outstanding experience from when I walked in the door to leaving 25 minutes later. He was very informative and is very personable.

I have been an M.S. patient of Dr. Frishberg for a few years. He usually refers me to one of his Physician Assistants. Recently I called with a change of symptoms. I was told a P.A. would call back that day. The following day without a response. i called again. P.A.s were busy with patients, the only way I could reach someone was to leave a phone message. This was 2 hours ago and still nothing! I'm looking into finding another Neurologist. I've seen 3 other Neurologists in this same group.

I am shocked at how rude the receptionist was over the phone. Definitely a lack of compassion and I will never go to this doctors office again. The receptionist couldn't help me over the phone so I politely said "okay, never mind. Have a good day" and she hung up on me. Interesting to see how people that work in an office where people need help don't care and lack any sort of compassion.

I was absolutely shocked at the lack of communication by this doctor's office - Dr. Frishberg's assistant, Olivia, was curt, rude, incommunicative and there were long long delays after lab tests. I would be told I would receive a phone call with results, and I would have to call 3-4 times to get any information. I would be told to call a week after results, and get no response, most of the time getting a voice mail. This happened several times, while I was seriously ill, more than a year without a clear diagnosis, and these lab results were crucial. The doctor himself was nice enough, a bit arrogant, and he suggested I might just have to live with my level of acute chronic pain, unlike another doctor I was seeing at the same time, who really tried to understand what was happening to me and went out of his way to communicate with me. Dr. Frishberg, on the other hand, did not seem terribly interested in getting to the bottom of my case. But it was the assistant who really made my… experience so frustrating and terrible. I would strongly not recommend this practice to anyone. Spare yourself the aggravation, which is the last thing a sick person needs.
