Dr. Brent Michael Egeland, MD

In 2017 I needed surgery due to cancer. Dr.Egeland did an outstanding job and his medical assistants were very good. Other doctors who saw his work were impressed. His office staff however, were rude and uncaring. They acted as if they were in the worst jobs of their lives. Getting scheduled was a nightmare. If he would have staff that were interested in the well-being of the patients it would help enormously.

Spent an hour with me discussing my problem! If there is any wait at his office, blame me and others he spends time with! Awesome.

Dr Egeland was a chief resident when I had breast reconstruction. He spent a significant amount of time in clinic explaining the operation to me. On the day of surgery he was there and made me at ease. He again explained what to expect which was exactly what I needed to know at the time. He was warm and engaging with my whole family and even made me laugh! Afterwards, he checked on me regularly. He had not only admirable professional knowledge, but also a tremendous bedside manner. He is an EXCELLENT plastic surgeon - even before finishing his residency. I will be looking for him in the future if I ever need Plastic Surgery again.
