I had an appointment scheduled that was switched to tele-med. Even though I needed to see the doctor in person, I reluctantly accepted the telemedicine appointment. Then, after waiting for over 30 minutes in the virtual waiting room for that telemedicine appointment, I was told the doctor would not be able to make the appointment. I asked to reschedule and I was put on hold for another 10 minutes.. the call was disconnected. Nobody called me back. I waited a few minutes, completely baffled by the fact that they didn’t call back immediately. So I called back, waited on hold again for another 10 minutes. When someone finally answered, I had to go through the entire process of scheduling an appointment again with someone else. This time they said that I had been scheduled already for the 20th (no confirmation of that being ok, they just scheduled me for that date). I had to ask for a manager, who coincidentally was the original person I was on with ???????. That person finally picked up… after I was passed from extension to extension. After 40 minutes of wasted time, my telemedicine appointment was scheduled. It’s a shame when good doctors are stuck behind this kind of office staff. Do better First Choice Neurology!

He was an incredible doctor with an amazing ability to take your mind off the multiple needles he is sticking in you. His bedside manner was awesome. Love him!

Unprofessional and uses racial jokes.

I had one visit with this doctor and I will not go back there ever again. He uses racial jokes that is not funny nor professional.

If you want a Dr. to be committed to your medical issues do not go to him.

great staff. Dr. is very thorough and bedside manner is very good. Always listens to what I have to say and never rushes out.

Dr. Costell has been providing my care for over 2 years now. He listens to me, and I am able to try medications that would work for me, rather than just getting stuck with a doctor who thinks he knows best. This is why I continue to see him, despite the sometimes difficult time I can have following up with office staff on medications or questions or anything to do with insurance. Even making an appointment takes a minute.

Wonderful compassionate md. Don't usually give gifts on holidays but he's a real gem! Highly recommend!
