Wonderful & exciting!

Dr. Ranelle & his wife are the BEST EVER! I told them when the Cataract surgery was completed... And I quote “This was such a wonderful experience... I wish I had 4 or 5 eyes!” As God is my witness! Ask them!! I dare you!!! ?? I went from “ZERO” to 20/20 in my right eye & from 20/80 in my left eye to better than 20/20! Dr. Ranelle said about the better than 20/20, “You’re an overachiever!” LOL! See what I mean!!! ??????? And not only that.... Knights’ Templar paid the entire Bill of $7300!! ?? PTL!

I would recommend Dr. Ranelle to anyone for cataract surgery!

Both my husband and I had Dr Ranelle perform cataract surgery on both of us. Both of us now how 20/20 vision with absolutely no problems. We have known and used Dr Ranelle for over 40 years. Superb care and I would highly recommend him.

Everything was great. My surgery went really well! Big difference in my sight, especially my night driving.

I went here as a recommendation from my Optometrist, set an appointment and waited over an hour for my first visit past my appointment time, that should have been a warning sign but I continued due to the recommendation. The appointment went well and Dr. Ranelle suggested that I have cataract surgery in both eyes, surgery was scheduled about 3 weeks later. Sat down with the business group and worked out all of the business details and was sent home with a bag full of drops and several pages of instructions and when to show up next. Pre-op phone interview came and went and as like the office visit, was also late but we went over most of the details of what to expect, what to wear where to show up and the time, not that it meant anything because again, appointment for surgery meant nothing, waited another hour before going in. Everyone was very nice but when it came to listening, it seems that this group has a problem listening. I specifically told them I was a hard stick but… they did not want to listen to that and proceeded like I was a normal person. I also said that I have had a number of procedures on my back and had a tolerance to "twilight" type drugs that were going to be used for pain during the cataract surgery and I may need to be monitored closely and given more "juice" if needed for pain. No monitoring during the surgery. The procedure was the most painful thing I have gone thru since a kidney stone. After surgery, every time I went in to see the Dr. for a follow-up, I waited at least an hour after my appointment time to see someone. It was like I was being punished because my surgery didn't go well. Dr. Ranelle wanted to tell me how I was supposed feel rather than listening to me so I could tell him how I felt. It has been almost 5 months since my surgery and my vision is not returned to normal, I still have an uncomfortable feeling in the eye, like there is a little piece of grit in my eye. I have done everything "by the book", according to what the Dr. says do, still an uncomfortable feeling. I have decided to cancel my other eye and find another place to have the other eye done. Now I am waiting for a refund for the second eye and if everything goes as expected, I am sure that there will be problems and a wait time as well.
