Dr. Carlos E Ramos, MD

SIX stars… If anyone was, or is, or may need to see a urologist in the future in the Panama City area… I give my most strongest recommendation to Dr. Carlos Ramos. He is a rockstar in his field. He and his staff are top notch, caring, and professional in every facet of Urology. As my doctor, I found Dr. Ramos to be competent, knowledgeable, and conservative in his approach in diagnosis and treatment of urological needs a patient such as myself may have. He and his staff are excellent communicators, with clear, concise, direct explanations of what initially brought me to him, where we are now, and what we have to do going forward. Personally, when my medical condition “hit a wall” here with my treatment, Dr. Ramos made the initial recommendation for me to travel out of town (sharing 3 options in Florida for me to choose from) for some additional, quality diagnostic tools that were not available here at this time. Once the out of town diagnosis and treatment was completed… I was able to continue a two year follow up plan for treatment at his office without having to travel out of town for monthly or quarterly treatments. The quality of treatment I have received from him and his office are second to none. I am beyond grateful for having Dr. Ramos for my urologist. For those you from Panama City who knew and loved Dr. Rush Akin for his talent and approach to medicine… you will find you’ll love Dr. Ramos as well! Thank you Doc!

Dr. Ramos is one of my favorites, he listens, understands and has absolutely helped me out greatly. One of my favorite things is that Dr. Ramos will tell you as it is, and is truthful with you. He doesnt jump around the issues and is very direct when it comes to what needs to be done, and the best ways to handle the situations.
