At the office the staff was friendly concern I was very sick paulett nurse practitioner helped me.Im needing a primary care Dr I found one God bless you all.we need people that like there jobs and care about others.Im retired myself from medical field.I work at a school now cooking so I got to keep my health up.thanks staff hope you read this

Dr. Newman is the best doctor I have ever had. She genuinely cares for her patients.

there's no better place to in this world,i'd never go anywhere else,i love them all ,awesome people, they are all very caring people, you can't find any better people or doctors ever,i love them all

Dr. Newman is a very sweet Dr and pays attention to detail. She covered all the issues I was having and then some!! The best Dr I have ever had

I called several times over an hour and the phone kept going to voicemail. Luckily I work nearby so I went to the office. I get in the lobby and no one is on the phone. I called two more times while waiting and guess what happened. Straight to voicemail. I will never go back to this office again.

It has bothered me since my first visit. No sinks, soap and water in the exam rooms. Handwashing ? The building used to be what kind of business before it was a medical office ?? Secondly, feel like my arm is going be broken by the blood pressure monitor there in the open area by the restroom. Will refuse it next time and ask BP to be taken by the wall mounted monitor in the exam room. Got to be less painful. Also, as for Medicare, dr's office running expensive lab tests that Medicare will not cover. However, dr's office staff must have never heard of an ABN - Advance Beneficiary Notice. Tough for them. Good for me. "Since you did not know this was not covered, you do not have to pay."

I live about 2 miles from her ofc, in Memphis...Drove down there after a referral from my late dr's partner, to see if they accept my insurance(s) - Medicare and BCBS. Yes, they did.After first visit, dumb Heather (needs to be replaced) filed with BCBS first, rather than Medicare. Subsequently I received an $800+ bill from Cleveland Heart Lab (why go out of town??).Took a while to get straightened out.Also, on follow-up first visit, a woman, not the dr., walked into exam room. Did not give her name or her credentials. Turned out be a "nurse Practitioner". I think if she smiled her face would break.After seeing this person a few more times there, I cancelled a "follow-up" I was to have last week. Why am I fasting every time? Is is all about the $$$?Dr. Newman herself - very good. Will insist on her only, next time I decide to go.

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST. I THINK HER NAME WAS HEATHER? SHORT BROWN HAIR. VERY UNPLEASANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.

The wait time I think may have been less,but the rooms are normally always full with patients and you have to wait a long time. Mostly everyone is nice,but there are just so many patients that you have to sit and wait a long time after you have been called in the back. The rooms can be too cold for those who are elderly or anyone that is already sick.

I came to Dr. Newman as a new patient, I told her what the problem was, and what meds I was allergic to. Not to mention she never address the other problem I told her about. As a patient I feel that she does not listen to her patients. I told her verbally, and told her nurse verbally, and listed my allergies on the patient history sheet that I am extremely allergic to sulfa and sulfa based drugs. The meds she gave me were Sulfonylureas which is a sulfa drug, and the allergic reaction was almost fatal to me. The she wanted to adress the other issues I had try to bring to her attention from day one.She told me I need to take another blood test in 2 weeks, and I did the test result as I was told were fine. I was told that I need to take another blood test in 3 months. I called her office to get the referral form so that I could go and take the blood test, and they refuse to give me the referral until I have a follow up visit. So what is she following up on. The old blood test, because she… does not have a new one. or is it the $30.00 co-pay twice. This doctor has made me feel that I was no more than a dollar sign. I took this doctor a copy of my medical records and told them to make a copy and return the ones I brought in to me. Well that is not what they did, told me it was now their property and it will cost me $40.00 for a copy of what I brought to them. $$$$$$$
