Dr. Corinne Elizabeth Capurro, MD

Amazing doctor, she has been my doctor for about 15 years now. She delivered my daughter via c section and through out my whole time with her she has been kind, gentle and very caring. I Ihighly recommend her to anyone.

I have never had an experience like this with another doctor and I have generally found the other doctors in her practice to be thoughtful and kind. I had a low risk and healthy pregnancy and a smooth labor until this doctor took over my care. As a direct result of her decision making, I almost lost my life and I believe I am only alive today because another doctor was called in and took over. He was wonderful and I am eternally grateful that he was in the hospital that day. After my experience, I asked other OBGYN doctors and labor and delivery nurses about her general reputation (without sharing my own experience). I was told there are general concerns about her bedside manner and her basic competence as a doctor. I hate to write bad reviews, but I wish that I had know this before I received her care. I hope this is helpful to other mamas navigating their pregnancy journey.

I have been seeing Dr Capurro for many years! She is always attentive, and shows she cares. She delivered my friends baby and she loves her too!! Just an all around great person! Thanks Dr Capurro for you do!

I had Dr. Capurro for both my pregnancies she came highly recomended from a friend after i had a horrible experiance with another dr due to being obese. Dr. Capurro never made me feel bad or uncomfortable about my size and was always very sweet and upbeat i dont care what kind of day i was having after an apt i always left with a smile on my face.

Dr. Capurro is absolutely amazing. I first started seeing her when I was pregnant with my first son at just 16 years old. She treated me like any other patient and was amazing. She is funny and always in a good and happy mood. I then went to her when I was pregnant with my second son and again she was always happy. She delivered my son and it was such a great experience. She was happy, laughing and brightened up the whole room. I am now pregnant with my 3rd baby and will be seeing her again. I recommend her to everyone. She always listened to my concerns and was always upfront and honest about everything. She is a great doctor.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Capurro she is worth the wait for an appt. She is down to earth and treats you like a person. I like doctors that are really, down to earth and not afraid to show that in the office. Love her. Thank you!! Her staff was also very friendly and affiant.

Every time we went for a visit, she talked about such unimportant topics as sports and such, and didn't pay as much attention to me as she should have. My stomach stopped growing after 6 monad she didn't show any concern, and even after me asking for an ultrasound it got cancelled a day before. The next day my baby girl stopped moving and I ended up having an emergency c-section by another doctor. It appeared that my daughter had no amniotic fluid and was starving inside. She would have died if I came to the hospital an hour later (that's what I was told by the doctor who delivered my daughter). Capurro never talked to me about any complications, c-section or delivery itself. My daughter ended up being born only 3 pounds with cerebral palsy (turning breach from stress of not having amniotic fluid caused that). I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I immediately like the atmosphere in the office and the kindness of the front office staff at Alpine Women's Health. Dr. Capurro and her Nurse were very kind and thorough. She has a good sense of humor and and excellent bed side manner. I will return to her again and again and will recommend her to anyone who asks.
